Overview
AAMCI-Management, Inc. in Dayton, OH is looking to hire a full-time Property Maintenance Technician with EPA or HVAC certification to preserve the long-term value and desirability of our community. This general handyman position earns a competitive wage of up to $22-$24 /hour depending on experience. Must have EPA, HVAC certification
Work ScheduleThis full-time position typically works Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with participation in an on-call rotation required. (premium pay for on-call)
Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electric, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- Utilizing IPAD or tablet for daily job tasks including receiving and prioritizing work orders
- Assist with unit turns with drywall work, painting, cleaning and removing trash
- Maintain the grounds in a clean, safe and sanitary condition
- Participate in on-call emergency schedule for evening, weekends, and holidays
- Complete work order requests
- HVAC REQUIRED
- High School education or equivalent
- Two years of maintenance experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical and/or HVAC repairs.
- Ability to lift, regularly move and maneuver objects weighing 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license
