Residential & Commercial Plumbing Supervisor
Location: Brookville, OH
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are hiring a Residential & Commercial Plumbing Supervisor to lead a team of plumbers and perform hands-on plumbing work. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and the leadership to train, direct, and inspect the work of others.
Experience with government contracts is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of plumbers on residential and commercial jobs.
- Train, mentor, and develop plumbing staff.
- Inspect completed work for quality, code compliance, and proper installation.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Perform hands-on plumbing installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and job notes.
- Communicate with office staff, contractors, and customers.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
- Assist with government contract documentation and compliance when applicable.
- 5+ years of plumbing experience (residential and commercial).
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and installation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Clean and valid driver's license (required).
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and inspection standards.
- Government contract experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in diverse job-site environments.
