Remediation​/Construction Project Technician

Overview

Puro Clean of Northern Kentucky is a local, family-owned restoration company serving the Greater Cincinnati area, Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. • Provide residential and commercial disaster cleanup, including water damage remediation (water extraction, drying services, carpet reinstall), fire damage cleaning of contents and structure, and mold remediation.
• Conduct cleaning of carpet, upholstery, ceramic tile, and post-construction cleaning as needed.
• Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills and maintain a highly professional image to promote our services; work well in a team-oriented setting.

• Able to take direction and work in a team setting.
• Remediation and/or construction experience is a plus.
• Able and willing to wear protective safety equipment and work in a safe manner.

• Show up on time.
• Athletic, energetic individuals to perform specialized cleaning.
• Professional appearance and great attitude; excellent customer service skills.
• Clean background (No Felonies).
• Written and oral communication skills.
• Basic math skills (able to calculate square feet, linear feet, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Some night and weekend work is required.
• Must be willing to be on call as needed.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50–75 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required.
