Your Daily Duties:

As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our customers by maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential properties. Your expertise and dedication to high-quality service will be key to our success in providing top-notch HVAC solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Diagnostics: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments of HVAC systems to identify issues and malfunctions accurately.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs, adjustments, and routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and safety.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, providing clear explanations of issues and recommended solutions.
  • Documentation: Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and hours worked.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including handling refrigerants, to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  • Technical Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest HVAC industry trends, products, and technologies through training and self-improvement.
