$30.00/hr – $50.00/hr

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on heating, air conditioning and refrigeration units, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems and heat pumps.
• Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain replacement parts, calibrate systems to manufacturer’s recommendations, and explain fully to the customer what the issue is and what is needed to correct.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure ongoing functioning of HVAC systems.
• Travel to job sites within the service area and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedules and communicate delays to customers.
• Enter call resolutions using company software and applications.
• Be available to work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to service emergencies.
• Build and maintain cordial and collaborative relationships with superiors and co‑workers.
• Participate in company and/or vendor‑provided training opportunities.
• Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as safety procedures or maintenance of a clean work area and company vehicle.

• Universal EPA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years minimum of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
