Crew Leader​/Backhoe Operator CDL

Overview

Mr. Rooter is looking for a Crew Leader/Backhoe Operator with CDL. You will not only operate equipment but also take on leadership responsibilities. Crew Leaders handle purchase orders, ensure on-site safety, maintain customer relations, and serve as the main point of contact for their team. Pay Range: $60-90k depending on experience

• Valid Class A CDL License required
• Proven excavation experience
• Proficiency with skid steers and backhoes
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Knowledge of exterior plumbing systems
• Prior experience as a crew leader
