Position:
Maintenance Technician

Location:

Indian Lookout - West Carrollton, OH

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation every 3rd week

Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, incentives, and bonus potential

Bring Your Skills

If you're a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day.

* A minimum of 1 year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance

* Experienced Turnover Technician - versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing

* Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds

* Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents

* Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough

* Basic computer and smartphone skills

* Must have basic hand tools, valid driver's license, reliable truck/van, and auto insurance

* Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

* Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, and groundskeeping tasks

* Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents

* Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results

* Respond to emergencies as they arise or while on-call
