ASR I - Activity Security Representative

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC is hiring an Activity Security Representative I to provide multi‑disciplined support for Collateral, SCI and SAP activities at customer facilities.

• Perform classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Assist in maintaining a document accountability database and associated correspondence.
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail, receipt records, and magnetic media for accountability.
• Execute destruction of classified materials and reproduction support.
• Maintain daily logs for document control and personnel security functions.
• Assist with inbound/outbound data transfer files and transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
• Escort facility visitors, manage visitor logs, and prepare access control badges.
• Conduct entry and exit inspections and maintain facility access control entry systems.
• Perform data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database and maintain customer sponsored billets and quota information.
• Assist in maintaining personnel security files and enforce customer Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support security awareness and education programs and perform miscellaneous administrative duties as directed by the contractor site lead or Senior Security Representative.

• 1–2 years related experience, or equivalent certifications counting toward experience.
• Must hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and eligibility for Special Access Program information.
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.
• Ability to manage stress, demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, and effective verbal & written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training if performing personnel security functions.

• Reports to a physical location that may require traversing between buildings.
• May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time.
