The OpportunityOur client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to join its growing commercial insurance sales team.
This role is ideal for a commercial insurance professional with a strong brokerage network who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to make a meaningful impact within a high-growth organization. The position offers significant earning potential and clear pathways for advancement.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage and expand an existing network of commercial insurance brokerages
- Own and execute the end-to-end sales cycle for launching new insurance programs with brokerage partners
- Partner closely with underwriting to structure and generate premium
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and data accuracy
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support scalable go‑to‑market execution
- 4+ years of experience in commercial insurance
- Existing brokerage relationships strongly preferred
- Demonstrated interest in sales, partnerships, and go‑to‑market strategy
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- High energy, resilience, and a performance‑driven mindset
Uncapped performance‑based incentives, with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ in additional variable compensation. On‑target earnings (OTE) are approximately $250,000 when performance goals are achieved.
This salary range represents the good‑faith base salary range for this position for candidates hired in New York. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job‑related factors.
