Position Overview

As Sales Manager, you will own people, process, and performance for our employee sales model. You’ll drive daily priorities, coach your teams, and partner closely with Operations, Dispatch, Marketing, and Installation Leadership to ensure leads move quickly, installs are filled, and goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily sales huddles and set clear daily/weekly performance expectations
  • Manage and develop TGL Consultants and Inside Sales/Rehash Representatives
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s and team meetings focused on performance, pipeline, and skill growth
  • Own rehash and follow-up strategy for unsold estimates and service opportunities
  • Track and improve sales KPIs including close rate, revenue per rep, speed to contact, and Inside Sales performance
  • Manage OEM/co-op rehash programs and ensure accurate execution and reimbursement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Dispatch, Marketing, Training, and Installation Leadership
  • Support forecasting and performance reporting with the Director of Sales
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of related experience (sales environment preferred)
  • HVAC knowledge a plus
  • Strong customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage customer records and performance data
