• Work within your local retailer
• Engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas
• Help customers lower their energy costs
• Learn to uncover consumer desires and overcome objections
• Foster professional relationships with customers and colleagues
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions
• Collaborate with team to accomplish goals and celebrate success
• No door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Maintain customer confidentiality

• Average weekly earnings $800‑$1,000 + first sale bonus
• Base + uncapped commission
• Base pay raise every 6 months
