Mazda of Dayton is seeking a qualified, dependable Auto Parts Counterperson for our brand new parts department. Candidate will sell parts and accessories to wholesale and retail customers, interact with our Service Department, and maintain the highest possible customer satisfaction index. Individual must be able to multi-task while being efficient. Position will report to the Parts Manager.

• Sell parts and accessories to wholesale and retail customers
• Interact with the Service Department
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Multi-task effectively and efficiently
• Report to the Parts Manager

• 1 Year of customer service experience, automotive experience a plus
• Computer literate to work in CDK daily with training
• High school graduate/equivalent
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
• Working knowledge of parts and service

• CDK experience; electronic parts catalog
