Assistant Store Manager atChínMINISO USA

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving store performance. This role includes coaching team members, maintaining visual and operational standards, and implementing strategies to achieve sales and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Store Manager and lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
  • Consistently embody and promote the mission and core values of MINISO.
  • Ensure smooth store operations: customer service, merchandising, adherence to procedures, and sales performance.
  • Drive customer engagement with the membership program, promoting sign‑ups and loyalty.
  • Mentor trainee associates, achieve sales targets, andshall drive business growth.
  • Manage inventory levels, process shipments, handle damages and returns, and oversee supply management.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, staffing, and retention.
  • Support all administrative tasks—staff scheduling, inventory management, compliance with MINISO handbook guidelines.
  • Communicate insights to maintain visual merchandising 保持 standards.
  • Deliver constructive feedback fostering growth and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Loss Prevention Team to address shrink in line with policies.
  • Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, and offering feedback to the sales team.

    Manage cash‑handling tasks and maintain a safe environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
  • Proven successful experience in retail management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
  • Ability to travel between locations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality, or related fields preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail management with a strong track record of leading teams.

USD $17.00 - $24.50 /Hr.
