Overview
Shift Lead role e pay range is $17.00/hr – $20.00/hr.
Responsibilities- Open and close the store, manage cash, inventory, and ensure readiness for the business day.
- Process product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change at cash registers.
- Deliver a distinctive customer experience, greet customers, resolve issues, and share best practices.
- Assist manager with vendor ordering, order release, reverse logistics, display setups, and inventory counts.
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, equipment, food separation, and stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with state/local laws, perform bag checks, and adhere to policies.
- Assist with pharmacy duties as requested.
- One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
- Knowledge of store inventory control.
- Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
