Note:

Initial placement within the salary range is based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is part of a competitive Total Rewards package that may include wellness programs, benefits from day one, 401(k) matching, and an annual performance bonus. • Foster a fun environment and be a gracious host to guests and co-workers.
• Promote a positive community influence and participate in company-sponsored events.
• Ensure interactions with guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
• Provide fast, friendly, professional service to gaming guests, beverage servers, and bartenders.
• Maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar and obtain replacements per procedure.
• Keep service wells stocked with required paper goods and alcohol; stock weekly beer and liquor orders in proper locations.
• Clean and stock the guest self-serve areas and the Employee Dining Room/Backstage Café.
• Handle keg changes, storage, and cleaning/organization of service wells, beer cooler, and storage areas.
• Maintain open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays; comply with applicable policies and regulations.
• Work at special events as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 21 or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude; enjoy hosting and creating a fun environment with guests.
• Ability to initiate conversations and follow instructions promptly from Supervisors/Managers/Team Members.
• Must qualify for licensing by the Ohio Lottery Commission and pass background checks.
• Ability to work as a team and tolerate a high-stimulus, fast-paced environment; can walk long distances.
• Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good oral communication skills and ability to understand and follow directions.
