- Prep cooks set up the entire Three Birds team for a successful service. You will wash, chop, set up, prepare, plan, stock, and clean during the day. You are the backbone of the back of the house, and you the lynchpin of our guest's dining experience.
- Operate with independence, maintain cleanliness and order, and contribute to a positive team environment.

CompensationCompensation is $15-18 depending on experience, flexibility, and attitude.
