Techmetals, a 58-year industry leader experiencing continued growth, is seeking a skilled Quality Manager to join their team in Dayton, OH.

• Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, and regulatory/legal requirements.
• Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.
• Assisting in management of Corrective Action program which includes working with employees to assure timely and effective resolutions of CARs and NCs.
• Keeping up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality.
• Overseeing resolution of customer complaints and returns.
• Overseeing inspection of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Lead team of inspectors, auditors, analysts, and technicians.
• Devising and establishing quality procedures, standards, and specifications when necessary
• Reviewing customer requirements through such actions as contract review on Quality Clauses.
• Setting standards for quality.
• Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet internal, customer, international, and national standards.
• Participate and support customer, internal, regulatory, and 3rd party audits.
