Position OverviewPlace Services Inc. (PSI) is looking for a Quality Control Manager (QCM) in Dayton, OH to join our Federal Team, V-Line Services.
The QCM will be responsible for creating and implementing the project's Quality Control plan. The QCM will also work with the onsite Superintendent and SSHO to successfully and safely complete USACE projects.
Responsibilities- Serve as the PSI onsite Construction Quality Control (CQC) point person
- Conduct daily inspections and coordinate quality inspections
- Create daily and weekly QC reports, test reports, and maintain quality control records
- Create, review, and/or manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation
- 5+ years of experience as a QCM on Federal / Government / USACE Construction projects
- Current OSHA 30 and CQMC Certifications (obtained or recertified within the last 5 years)
- Experience implementing a three-phase Quality Control (QC) plan on USACE projects
- Proficient with USACE RMS and other similar reporting software
- Possess strong organizational skills, time management, and communication skills
