Campaign Assistant

We’re hiring a Sports-Driven Campaign Assistant to bring that mindset into our modern, face-to-face marketing initiatives in Dayton.

• Support the execution of live marketing campaigns through direct customer and client interaction
• Apply competitive focus and energy to campaign performance and daily objectives
• Communicate campaign messaging clearly in face-to-face environments
• Work as part of a team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
• Assist with campaign setup, promotional materials, and on-site coordination
• Share feedback and insights to continuously improve campaign results

• Must be 18+ and able to commute to Dayton, OH
• Competitive mindset with a strong interest in sports or athletic environments
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with people
• Team-oriented, coachable, and performance-driven
• Reliable and able to start within 2–4 weeks
