Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Dayton, OH, for a Paid Media Specialist. The professional in this role will develop, manage, and execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media platforms, search engines, and other digital advertising networks. Additional responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, conducting market research to identify target audiences, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize media strategies for maximum impact.

The ideal candidate will contribute to brand growth while demonstrating creativity and data‑driven decision‑making.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Media Planning and New Media strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong copy skills with the ability to manage a graphic designer to create advertisements.
  • Strong Communication and Marketing skills to collaborate with teams and effectively convey campaign goals.
  • Experience managing advertisement budgets with ROAS and customer funnels.
  • Experience in Research to analyze market trends and target audience behavior.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools, specifically Google, Facebook, and Microsoft.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred, but not needed.
  • Previous experience in paid ads is required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
