With a strong presence in both B2B and B2C markets, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Group Head of Marketing to lead and optimize our global marketing initiatives.

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue across multiple business lines. This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, sales enablement, and brand positioning in the iGaming and digital marketing sectors. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, digital PR, sponsor ships, partnerships.

Candidates must also be proficient in managing cross-functional and remote teams while ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity for a strategic and results-oriented marketing leader to take ownership of a fast-growing marketing ecosystem.

• Develop and implement a unified marketing strategy for all Revpanda Group companies, covering both B2B and B2C operations.
• Oversee brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, and performance marketing across multiple channels.
• Optimize marketing spend and ensure data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.
• Utilize SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRM, and digital PR strategies to drive sustainable growth.
• Implement lead generation and marketing automation strategies to support sales teams.

• Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional marketing team across disciplines such as social media, content, paid media, events, and partnerships.
• Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
• Oversee the execution of sponsor ships, expos, and strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.

• Strengthen Revpanda Group's global brand presence.
• Identify and leverage new opportunities for partnerships and sponsor ships to expand market influence.
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities to drive business growth.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles (Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing, CMO, or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies within digital industries.
• Proven track record in performance marketing, analytics, and ROI optimization.
• Experience managing SEO, PPC, CRM, content marketing, social media, and digital PR campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing remote and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in sales and lead generation strategies to support business development efforts.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial acumen to drive both brand and revenue growth.
• Hands‑on experience with paid social media, sponsor ships, partnerships, and expos is an advantage.
