In this role, you won't be worried about complex setups or programming from scratch. We need focused individuals who excel at keeping the machines running, maintaining tight tolerances, and ensuring every part meets our rigorous quality standards.
Responsibilities- Operate CNC mills or lathes to produce high volumes of medical-grade components.
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, and gauges) to ensure parts meet blueprinted specifications.
- Make minor tool offsets and machine adjustments to maintain part consistency throughout the shift.
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts, performing visual inspections for any defects.
- Maintain accurate production logs and quality records essential in the medical device field.
