Join PTSolution as an Inventory manager, where you will oversee inventory flow from our warehouse directly to the customer's floor. You will be responsible for the uptime and replenishment of industrial vending systems within the local territory (Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati). This role is designed for entry-level professionals eager to build customer relationships and master the MRO business. • Deliver, receive, and stock our customers' products in our tool & MRO industrial vending machines
• Proactively monitor customers' open orders to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction
• Receive, stock and manage inventory at the PTSolution warehouse
• Monitor utilization data to establish order plans that are aligned with department goals and ensure adequate stock levels of consignment and non-consignment inventory
• Effectively coordinate with Area Sales Manager regarding customer accounts, issues, and feedback on operation status.
• Prepare, complete, and distribute system generated reports as required
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy for each machine at each customer
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Assist with other projects & duties when the business needs require

The most qualified candidates will have:

• Some college coursework completed; training from a trade school
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Must be age 21+ in order to drive a company vehicle
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Proficient use of a Windows computer and Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Self-directed and possesses a high level of productivity, personal organization, and attention to detail
• Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused company
• Strong communication skills including verbal and interpersonal are required

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs
• Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift
