CNC Mill and Lathe

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill and Lathe Operator to join our team in Dayton, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, with the ability to perform their own set-ups efficiently and accurately. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to manage the machine department and contribute to our manufacturing excellence.

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, ensuring precision and quality in all machined parts.
• Perform your own machine set-ups independently, including tooling and program adjustments.
• Operate Haas mills and four-axis Samsung lathe with sub-spindle and live tooling, utilizing Fanuc control systems.
• Maintain machine tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Manage the machine department, including scheduling, training, and process improvements.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Proficient in setup and operation of Haas mills.
• Experience with four-axis Samsung lathe featuring sub-spindle and live tooling, controlled by Fanuc systems.
• Ability to perform independent machine set-ups and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
