Job Title:
Machinist
We are seeking a skilled machinist to operate 5 axis Harco and Haas Mills for machining a variety of prototype parts. The ideal candidate will be adept at setting up machines, performing minor edits, and inspecting finished parts with precision measuring tools.
Responsibilities- Operate 5 axis Harco and Haas Mills to machine prototype parts.
- Set up machines independently for each job.
- Perform minor edits as needed to ensure quality.
- Inspect finished parts using micrometers and calipers.
- Work with materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and plastics.
- 2+ years experience setting up and operating CNC mills.
- 2+ years experience with 5 axis mills.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with machining prototype parts is a plus.
- Experience in a job shop environment is beneficial.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
