Advanced Setup:
Independently set up and adjust the regulating wheel speed and the angle of the work-rest blade to ensure parts remain "on center.";
Precision Dressing:
Dress both the grinding and regulating wheels to maintain geometry and surface finish requirements.;
Geometric Tolerancing:
Monitor for "out-of-round" or "trilobing" issues and make immediate mechanical compensations.;
Thru-Feed & In-Feed Mastery:
Execute both high-volume thru-feed runs and specialized plunge/in-feed grinds for headed or stepped parts.;
Metrology:
Use high-precision micrometers and air gauges to verify tolerances of +/- .0001".
