Spherion - - Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor progressive die stamping presses according to work instructions and production schedules;
Load materials, adjust feeds, and verify press settings prior to and during production runs;
Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications;
Troubleshoot minor tooling, material, or press issues and escalate more complex issues as needed;
Conduct routine press and die maintenance, including lubrication and basic preventative checks
