Spherion - Up to $22.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Set-up and Operation:
Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes) by loading programs, installing and adjusting tools, and setting machine coordinates.;
Production:
Execute production plans efficiently, monitoring machine operation to detect malfunctions or material issues.;
Quality Assurance:
Conduct in-process and final checks using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.;
Maintenance:
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning, keeping the work area safe and organized.;
Safety & Reporting:
Follow all safety protocols and report any production issues, equipment malfunctions, or quality deviations to the supervisor promptly.
