- 6+ years of CNC machine experience working with silicon, glass, or related material
- Experience programming machines using Edgecam, manual, and conversational
- Troubleshoot, create and update programs, identify and suggest tooling replacement
- Read drawings and specifications for machining and inspection
- Ability to use measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Strong math skills, particularly trigonometry
- Must be detail oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Lead and mentor other operators, document and report findings
- Proven problem-solving skills, safety minded with emphasis on quality
- NX Programming will be highly considered
- Other programming languages considered G and M code, Variable, Powermill or Inventor Cam
