- Competitive Pay: Earn up to $79,000 annually, based on experience in this role.

- Operate and program flame/thermal spray equipment, including Plasma, HVOF, and Twin Wire Arc systems, to apply coatings according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Prepare parts for thermal spray processes by performing masking, grit blasting, setup, and post-process unmasking tasks.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain detailed records to ensure adherence to production schedules and customer specifications.
- Perform routine inspection of coated parts, identifying defects and ensuring conformance to quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance to support smooth and efficient thermal spray operations.
- Follow all safety protocols for handling paints, chemicals, and protective equipment within the shop environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support production goals and continuous process improvement.
