Overtime: Yes, will be working roughly 50-60 hours a week

Location: Moraine, OH

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd available (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)

Compensation: Up to $35/hour, with Overtime up to $55/hour

Openings: Production Group Lead, Assembly Group Lead, AND Maintenance Group Lead

• 1st shift: 6 AM - 2 PM
• 2nd shift: 2 PM - 10 PM
• 3rd shift: 10 PM - 6 AM
• Works every Saturday and some Sundays, will have one weekend off per month, averaging 60 hours per week

• 1-3 years of leadership experience (managing 10+ people)
• Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Lock out/Tag out - safety first mindset
• Need to be able to hold people accountable, and strong proactive communication skills
• Need to be comfortable working in a high pressure, fast paced environment

Moraine is an older plant, they are dealing with issues with the plant so looking for someone who has a technical/problem solving mindset to understand how the machines interact with one another.

As a Machining Production Group Lead you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the machining production line. Your day will start with reviewing timekeeping records to ensure adequate manpower for the day. You will monitor hourly production counts to ensure targets are met and collaborate with skilled trades or engineers to keep equipment running efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 19-25 people hourly associates holding employees accountable and ensuring they meet performance standards.

Additionally, you will oversee the quality of the product by ensuring that all quality checks are performed consistently. Your role is vital in maintaining high standards of quality and keeping the production line running smoothly and efficiently.
