This position requires hands‑on CNC setup experience. We are not seeking machine operators only. Qualified candidates must have 3‑5 years of CNC Lathe and/or CNC Mill setup experience, with exposure to basic programming and quality control.

- Set up and operate CNC Lathes and/or CNC Mills
- Monitor part quality using basic quality control and inspection tools
- Ensure components meet print and tolerance requirements
- Track and analyze KPIs related to machining and quality
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiencies
- Collaborate with leadership to support operational and strategic goals
- Ensure compliance with aerospace and defense industry standards
- 3-5+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC Lathes and/or Mills
- Basic CNC programming knowledge
- Experience with Fanuc controls or similar
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances
- Ability to analyze data and make quality‑driven decisions
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
