• Title: Laboratory Technician
• Position Type: 1 year contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need
• Job Location: Dayton, OH
• Shift: 3rd shift and weekend work
• Compensation: $28.50/HR

• Perform duties in accordance with company procedures, policies, ISO requirements, and legal requirements, with safety and product integrity as primary responsibilities.
• Work in a team environment and be responsible for equipment setup, operation, calibration (as required by method and instrument parameters), routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation.
• Conduct analytical analyses to support Production, AML, and Product Development departments, including raw material, in‑process, and finished‑product testing. ICP‑MS instrument experience preferred but not required.
• Review and understand analytical methods, MOCs, and SOPs, ensuring all current procedures are followed while fully supporting customers, Production, and Research departments.
• Operate the laboratory information management system (LIMS) for all sample tracking.
• Provide training and mentorship to new or less‑experienced analysts as directed by the Analytical Lab Manager.

• Assist technical personnel in general laboratory operations and routine laboratory or information handling tasks with supervision, following accepted methods and training.
• Perform tasks in accordance with accepted methods and professional training.
