The primary purpose of this position is to oversee financial management functions involving the formulation, justification, and/or execution of financial plans; financial analysis of program execution; cost analysis; review of funds control and overall oversight of NASICs financial standing within the larger Intelligence Community.

Salary ranges include local market supplements.

• All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period.
• Position is designated special sensitive and incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
• If authorized, PCS will be paid IAW JTR and AF Regulations. If receiving an authorized PCS, you may be subject to completing/signing a CONUS agreement. More information on PCS requirements, may be found at:

• Employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, to include evenings, weekends and/or holidays
• The incumbent may be required to work overtime or an irregular work shift.

• Financial Disclosure:
  Incumbent is required to file an OGE Form 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, upon appointment and will be required to file annually.
• May be required to travel by military or commercial air in the performance of temporary duty.
• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Business or a related field is desirable.
• The work is primarily sedentary. No special physical ability is required. Work is primarily performed in an adequately lighted, heated and ventilated office setting.
• This position is designated Mission Essential. Mission essential personnel report for duty at normal times when the base is closed or delayed reporting and remain on duty during phased or early release.
