Bidfta, a leading online auction company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within our office facilities to ensure a comfortable and inviting work environment for our team members and visitors. The Housekeeper will keep buildings, offices, break rooms, bathrooms, and warehouse in a clean and orderly condition.

Ensures sanitation of work areas. Must be able to do various activities to support the cleanliness and well-being of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate a strong attention to detail, and contribute to creating a positive atmosphere within the workplace.

Housekeeper's duties include:

• Taking out trash and replacing trash lining.
• Wiping down horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Mopping spills and adhering to wet floor safety policies
• Vacuuming carpeted and rug areas.
• Cleaning, sweeping, and sanitizing of offices and restroom areas.
• Breaking down and cutting boxes
• Operating machinery such as pallet jacks
• Moving and or stacking pallets
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

A successful Housekeeper candidate will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications needed for their job duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent housekeeping skills, good communication, and the ability to follow instructions. Be brief and include only the most important skills relevant to your position to attract the best candidates.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be organized and punctual.
• Have the ability to work in a team.
• Good sense of cleanliness and knowledge of best practices.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, usage of chemicals, and maintenance of the equipment.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs.; occasionally lift or move objects that weigh up to 70 lbs. with assistance
• Regularly required to stand or walk for long periods, walk on concrete floors, and stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse that is not climate-controlled.
