We are seeking a dedicated individual for a Floater/Fill-In for evening janitorial roles in high-end office buildings in the Dayton area. Responsibilities include mopping, vacuuming, restroom upkeep, trash disposal, dusting, and disinfecting. Our ideal candidate would be open to a flexible work schedule where location and hours could change from shift to shift. This candidate would train at all of our sites to be available to cover time off requests, last minute call‑offs and assist at various sites as needed.

• Competitive hourly wage: $15—$20, based on experience.

  Shift: Between the hours of 5pm-12:00am (approximately) Monday to Friday, plus weekend.
  * Actual shift varies by job site.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Dayton and the surrounding suburbs.
• Ability to stand on your feet for several hours, walk up multiple flights of stairs, bend, twist, reach, lift up to 35 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to pass a clean background check and drug screen.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
