2 NEWS is searching for a part-time “Live Drive 2” operator who will operate a live‑capable station vehicle for news, weather, and traffic coverage. The candidate must be a strong communicator and comfortable driving a vehicle for several hours at a time. Candidate must be flexible to work any shift – including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

• Operate a live‑capable vehicle, “Live Drive 2,” during morning newscasts for traffic, weather, and news coverage
• May be asked to contribute voiced live reports during newscasts
• May be asked to shoot still photos or video on an as‑needed basis
• May be asked to drive a live reporter during extreme weather situations
• Other duties as assigned

• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Clean driving record
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles including cars, SUVs, vans, or ENG trucks
