Procurement Counsel

A company is looking for a Procurement Counsel.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring protection for the company and its stakeholders
- Evaluate risk factors and provide legal advice on agreements and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop processes and enforce policies related to global commercial contracting
- JD degree or equivalent from an accredited institution with necessary professional licensing
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in negotiating SaaS agreements
- Experience with legal matters related to business agreements, information security, and privacy
- Familiarity with legal issues arising from AI and machine learning technologies
- Strong understanding of contract law and corporate law
