Position: Program Controls Analyst 2 with Security Clearance

The Dayton division has recently been named as one of only five prime awardees for the 10-year, $4.7 billion NOVASTAR contract supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), WPAFB, Ohio.

Epsilon C5I, focused on software development, intelligence production, and systems engineering for ISR operations, is seeking is seeking a Program Control Analyst 2 with at least one year of experience to work out of Dayton, OH. This position in support of a large IDIQ, will lead the research, development, and sustainment of systems and software capabilities for intelligence community implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Development of Project Plans and task order baselines

* Manage, monitor and report on the financial status of all Contracts

* Schedule and conduct meetings with the PM and project managers

* Manage, review, update, and report on the status of internal controls to ensure compliance policies and procedures

* Develop metrics and briefings to include the monthly Govt PMR

* Develop Briefing material in Power Point

* Conduct internal reviews and spot checks

* Develop Training Material

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

* One year of experience supporting government programs.

* Applicant Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI access.

* Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

* Sound interpersonal skills needed to interface, coordinate with company personnel, customers, and outside contacts

* Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail.

* Experience with large IDIQ, subcontractor oversight

* Expertise in earned value management

* Advanced time management and analytical skills.

* Excellent written and oral communication.

* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software. ADA Notations:
* Regular communication (hearing/speaking).

* Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.

* Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).

* Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, and walk.
