Description:

Altamira Technologies is seeking and Senior Scrum Master to join our world-class engineering team in Dayton OH. In this role, you will join a highly-focused technical team working to develop and maintain enterprise cloud-native services. The team members are multi-disciplined and contribute across all phases of systems engineering, software development, integration and test, and metrics. We are looking for people who are excited to learn the new skills to solve tomorrow's problems.

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI highly desired. MUST have the ability to get a TS/SCI (US Citizenship required). Responsibilities
* Act as Scrum Master for the development team
* Guide the effective development of multiple cloud-native services using strict Scrum requirements
* Lead standard Scrum ceremonies
* Have a direct impact on critical operational capability
* Gain experience with the full software lifecycle including design, development, test, delivery, and maintenance
* Modernize Cloud development practices and utilize Agile processes

Required Skills:

* Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
* Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master
* Experience with Agile development methods
* Experience with Atlassian toolset Desired

Skills:

* Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master
* Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) experience and certifications
* Experience with cloud-based SW architecture and technologies
* Experience with Dev Sec Ops  tools and practices
* Experience working with distributed teams

Education & Experience Requirements :
* BS/BA degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
