Responsible for developing and deploying all software application development across the Development, Test, Pre-Production/Integration and Production environments. What you'll do
* Manage all Software Change Requests (SCR), Technical Assessments (TA) and releases for the system maintenance and enhancement.
* Perform full stack development to support all client system operation and administration leveraging experience with .Net and APIs.
* Support development and cybersecurity software needs.
* Work as part of a Scrum Team to develop and deploy code as per user stories created.
* Communicate with other Scrum Team members to seamlessly deliver artifacts as per the team requirements.
* Provides development using with relational database technologies:
Oracle, PL/SQL, Oracle DWH and ETL
* Proficient in development using HTML and CSS and Dev Ops tools such as Intelli

J IDEA, VS Code, Maven, and Jenkins

Required Qualifications
* US Citizen
* Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.
* Bachelor of Science in related field
* 5+ years functional experience with federal financial and budgeting systems
* 5+ years of experience in system enhancement and administration on the operational platforms
* 5+ years of experience in Decision Support System applications and their architecture
* 5+ years' experience in data warehouse, budget development tool (Informatica ETL, Oracle, SAP BOXI, and IBM Planning Analytics)
* 5+ Years experience in Oracle, PL/SQ
* 2+ years' experience in a DoD environment
