Systems Administrator, IT Support
As an IT Administrator, you will be part of a team responsible for advanced network and server administration. Your duties include designing, building, deploying, and supporting network and server infrastructure, as well as responding to and remediating system availability, performance incidents, and security threats.
Daily responsibilities involve addressing support requests requiring administrator-level skills and working on special projects that involve researching new technology and solving complex problems. You will gather and analyze business requirements, research and recommend solutions, and perform the hands-on work to build, configure, test, and deploy these solutions. Additionally, you will provide documentation and training to enable the Operations team to maintain and support these solutions.

Training:All aspects of the job will be covered through training, focusing on Server Operating Systems and Network technologies with hands-on experience. Additional resources are available for motivated individuals eager to excel.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of server hardware and networking
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux server operating systems
- Experience with SQL databases, web servers, and Cisco routers and switches (preferred)
- Industry certifications such as A+, CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
