Salary Range: $210K–$310K

About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President of Data & Analytics to lead a transformative, enterprise-wide data strategy. This executive will build and scale a high‑performing data and analytics function, modernize our roadmap, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute enterprise-wide data and analytics initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Data Infrastructure & Governance: Oversee design and implementation of data platforms, pipelines, and governance frameworks.
  • Insights Delivery: Develop executive dashboards, predictive analytics, and reporting to support decision‑making.
  • Team Development: Recruit and mentor a high‑performing data and analytics team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leadership to embed data into business decisions.
  • Innovation: Introduce AI/ML tools and methodologies to transform organizational data use.
  • Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
Requirements
  • 15+ years in data analytics or data science, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven success in building and scaling data teams and driving organizational transformation.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and risk frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred
  • Advanced degree (MS in Analytics, Statistics, or related discipline).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their business applications.
