In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that will directly influence the performance and efficiency of our customer-facing teams including Marketing, Sales, and Engineering. You will work with a dynamic and growing team that is committed to excellence, collaboration, and creating world class customer experiences through business system design. You will be responsible for learning our current internal and customer-facing processes, collaborating with internal Subject Matter Experts, and translating those processes into robust systems that enhance efficiency and profitability.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys systems thinking and wants the opportunity to design and bring those systems to life.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Sales and Marketing business systems, utilizing your experience to solve business challenges
- Manage the design, configuration, onboarding, and troubleshooting of Sales and Marketing business systems
- Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts and process owners, recommending how to translate their operational processes into business systems
- Collaborate with specialized internal teams including Data Solutions, IT, and Data Analytics and external teams including Software OEMs, Developers, and Implementation Partners
- Remain current on the latest tools, technology and feature releases for sales and marketing business systems and the software space in general recommending opportunities to apply new solutions
- Create and maintain process maps, articles, and SOP documentation for business systems and related processes
- Create, maintain, and enforce project plans and timelines
- Receive and resolve end user tickets
- Onboard and train new employees in sales and marketing business systems
- All other duties as assigned
Essential Requirements
- Moderate experience administering CRM & MAP software, preferably Hub Spot
- Moderate experience administering CPQ software, preferably Deal Hub CPQ
- Experience designing and building workflows and process automations
- Ability to think in terms of systems, data structures, and business processes
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to have both technical and non-technical
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting including both remote and in-person interaction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with modern business software such as Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and sales operations, preferred
Primarily an office environment with prolonged sitting at desk in front of a computer. May be exposed to shop and assembly floor with moving machinery. May be required to travel to division offices either by vehicle or air.
