In addition, you will play a pivotal role in building and deepening relationships with global strategic accounts, contributing to business development and sales growth. • Lead finance transformation work streams for banking clients, from diagnostic to execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Drive sales growth and business development, building long-term relationships with key global clients and contributing to revenue expansion.
• Work with global strategic accounts, shaping client agendas and driving engagement at senior levels.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable roadmaps and innovative, technology-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate across functions (product, delivery, architecture, and technology) to ensure holistic transformation outcomes.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on banking performance, risk, and transformation.
• Contribute to internal capability building, team development, and evolution of our finance transformation offering.
• Bring subject matter expertise on bank steering (KPIs, accounting, performance management) and financial transformation.
