Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive health & welfare, retirement and compensation programs
  • Prepare and analyze reports on plan performance for senior leadership
  • Oversee retirement plans, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Lead annual plan audits and compliance filings
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultancies
  • Drive strategic initiatives across Total Rewards functions
  • Engage with internal stakeholders for strategic planning
  • Monitor industry trends and conduct benchmark assessments
  • Optimize Total Rewards programs financially and experientially
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related area
  • 5 - 7 years of job-related experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, or retirement services
  • 3 - 5 years in a leadership role within a large, self-insured organization
  • Preferred:
    Previous experience in a Healthcare Environment, focusing on Compensation and/or Benefits
  • Experience in project management, and familiarity with benefits administration systems
  • Knowledge of ERISA, DOL, IRS, and other regulations
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS platforms such as Pay Scale, Infor Lawson, ADP
