PRP Diagnostic offers a comprehensive range of imaging services through a network of 38 practices across Sydney, Illawarra, Central Coast and the Hunter and Central West. About the PositionOur Eastwood practice offers a comprehensive range of medical imaging services, including CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, Ultrasound and X-Ray. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team that provides professional, patient-focused administration and support services within the practice. You will play an active role in managing patients and developing strong relationships with our doctors, practice leaders and the broader technical team to ensure that the practice runs smoothly to maximise bookings and revenue.
You will assist with Referrer enquiries and manage patient debt. You will identify opportunities to improve processes and act as the escalation point for issues.
You must have outstanding leadership skills or potential and place excellent patient and referrer service at the heart of all you do. You must be compassionate in your approach and a great communicator, who possesses the ability to develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Significant experience working in a fast-paced patient centric environment is essential, together with business acumen particularly with regards to process optimisation.
You must be analytical in your approach and have excellent problem-solving skills.
