Job Description

We are hiring a Home Health Aide/Caregiver at Home Well Senior Care, Inc. If you are an HHA, CNA, STNA, or a family caregiver with a passion for caring for seniors and assisting with their activities of daily living, we welcome you to apply!

• Pay range: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
• Daily Pay:
  Get paid the next business day
• Flexible schedule:
  We work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs based on available cases
• Referral bonus available

• Must have a current driver’s license, up‑to‑date insurance, and a reliable vehicle
• Must provide a clean criminal background check, pass drug and TB screens
• Must be mature, reliable, caring, and punctual
• Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred)

• Provide home‑care assistance covering companionship, homemaker/chore services, personal care/hygiene, transferring, transport, medication reminders, dressing, meal preparation, daily grooming, shopping, and more
• Follow Home Well’s processes, policies, and professional caregiver services with clients and families
• Commit to our mission of providing the best in home care to clients
• Work with minimal supervision under the direction of the client care manager and staffing coordinators
• Follow established care plans and maintain professional relationships
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge through ongoing learning

• Hourly pay $14 – $16
• Daily Pay available
