• Provide adult services to include individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Develop and implement effective, goal‑oriented treatment plans.
• Document all services accurately and on time using evidence‑based practices.
• Consult with medical providers and participate in case conferences when needed.
• Deliver both on‑site and off‑site clinical support and educational services.

• Master’s degree in a relevant social science field.
• Active Ohio licensure as LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or IMFT.
• Experience working with the adult population and delivering the types of services we offer.
• Familiarity with the DSM‑5‑TR and clinical documentation standards.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
