Join the team at Trotwood Health & Rehab, LLC as a Full-Time STNA working days or nights in Dayton, OH. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a professional and caring environment.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record residents’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Work effectively as part of the healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident care.

• Valid STNA certification in the state of Ohio.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days and nights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred but not required.

• Competitive pay of $20.00 per hour.
